FilamentBridge is operated by PropeloSEO LLC. We source orders through third-party retailers and arrange delivery directly to the customer.
Processing and delivery
We aim to place the retailer order within 24 hours of payment. This is a processing target, not a promise of dispatch or delivery within 24 hours. Delivery depends on retailer stock and your address. Contact shane@propelogrowth.com before purchase if your project has a deadline.
US delivery is included in the listed product price. Each checkout purchases one spool. We do not reserve retailer inventory before payment. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund it. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Your order
Keep your Stripe payment confirmation. Contact shane@propelogrowth.com for order status, tracking, cancellation, damage or return requests. Contact us before returning anything; the correct return destination depends on the retailer. Do not send products to our registered business address.
