We only list products with published specifications
A filament earns a listing when its manufacturer publishes the figures a buyer needs to make a decision: diameter and its tolerance, net filament weight, spool dimensions, and a print temperature range for that exact formulation.
Products without that documentation do not get listed, however well they sell elsewhere. We would have nothing to put on the page except adjectives, and a page of adjectives is not a specification.
The specification on our page is the manufacturer figure
Every number in a product specification block is transcribed from the manufacturer documentation for that formulation, and we link to the source on the listing so you can check it. We do not round, average or improve figures, and we do not carry a number forward from an older version of a product.
That last point matters more than it sounds. Manufacturers reformulate materials while keeping the name, and the old slicer profile can be wrong for the new spool. Where a product is a new formulation, the listing says so and names the SKU.
Compatibility is recorded, or it stays unknown
A compatibility record ties one printer to one product variant, with a source and a date attached. A material family name is not a compatibility claim: knowing a printer handles PETG tells you nothing about whether a specific spool fits its feed path or its material system.
Where a combination has not been checked, the status is unknown and stays unknown. Missing data never resolves to a positive result, which does mean you will sometimes get no matches. The alternative is a green tick that means nothing.

We source on order, and we do not substitute
We are a retailer, not a warehouse. When you order, we purchase the item from a third-party retailer for delivery to you, and we aim to place that order within 24 hours of payment. That is a processing target, not a delivery promise.
Because stock is not reserved before payment, an item can occasionally turn out to be unavailable. When that happens we contact you and refund it. We do not send a different product and hope it will do. The full terms are on the shipping and fulfilment page.
What we do not claim
Being clear about the limits is part of the process, not a disclaimer bolted onto it.
- We do not manufacture filament. No extrusion line, no in-house compounding, no batch made to our own recipe.
- We do not test every batch. Diameter tolerance and roundness figures are the manufacturer measurements, presented as theirs.
- We are not a testing laboratory. Where we have printed a combination ourselves we say so and separate it from manufacturer guidance. Where we have not, we do not imply that we have.
- We are not affiliated with the manufacturers whose products we list. We resell their goods. We do not speak for them.
