Accounts and orders

We use your email to verify account access and provide membership and purchase support. Order information includes the contact and delivery details you provide and the items purchased. We share necessary recipient, address and order details with the retailer or fulfilment provider shipping your order.

Payments and hosting

Stripe processes payments and recurring membership billing. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are not stored by our storefront. Cloudflare hosts the site and account data and provides security and, when enabled, sign-in email delivery. These providers process information needed to operate their services, which may involve processing outside your country.

Cookies and security

Member sign-in uses an essential secure session cookie lasting up to seven days. Signing out clears your session. Security controls use limited request information, including hashed identifiers, to limit repeated sign-in attempts. Google Analytics collection is currently disabled on the storefront. Stripe’s own checkout may use cookies needed for its services.

Retention and requests

We keep information needed for account operation, order fulfilment, billing, support and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations. An account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
