About FilamentBridge

What we are

FilamentBridge sells 3D printing filament to customers in the United States. What distinguishes the store is not the range, it is what we publish alongside it: the manufacturer specification for every product, linked to its source, and compatibility recorded per printer and per variant rather than asserted per material family.

The store is deliberately narrow at the moment. A short list of products we can describe accurately is more useful than a long one we cannot.

Who operates the store

FilamentBridge is operated by Seventh Capital LLC.

Correspondence goes through the contact page. Please do not send returns to the registered address; the correct destination depends on the retailer that sourced your item.

How buying from us works

We are a retailer that sources on order. When you buy, we purchase the item from a third-party retailer and arrange delivery to you. Payment is handled by Stripe, US delivery is included in the listed price, and each checkout covers one spool.

We do not hold stock or reserve it before payment. Where an item turns out to be unavailable, we contact you and refund it rather than substituting something else. The shipping and fulfilment page carries the full terms, and how we source and verify filament covers the process behind a listing.

Buying at volume works differently and is quoted per enquiry. See wholesale and bulk orders.

What we are not

• Not a manufacturer. We do not extrude filament and we make no claims about where or how it is produced beyond what the manufacturer publishes.
• Not affiliated with the brands we sell. We are an independent retailer of their products and we do not speak on their behalf.
• Not a testing laboratory. Where we have printed something ourselves we say so, and we keep that separate from manufacturer guidance.

How we write

Three rules govern everything published here, and they are the reason some of our pages are shorter or more hedged than a competitor equivalent.

Unknown means unknown. A combination we have not verified is not marked compatible on the balance of probability. It is marked unknown.

Sources are named. Factual claims about materials link to the manufacturer documentation or published guidance they came from, with the date we checked it.

Manufacturer guidance is labelled as theirs. We do not present a datasheet figure as the result of our own testing.

If you find something on this site that breaks one of those rules, it is a mistake rather than a policy, and we would like to hear about it.
